Description of Work: Excellent work by the A. Parker team from initial contact and consultation/visit to scheduling and completion of project (roof flashing repair.) Efficient work, and at a reasonable cost. We will definitely be using A. Parker for future home repair projects and will recommend this team to our friends and colleagues.

Description of Work: The 3-4 man team prepped and painted a large old stone/stucco farmhouse and small stucco barn. Parts of this job were very difficult including a section that was badly cracked and pealing, 3 large chimneys, and 2 pealing dormers on a steep roof. I was extremely satisfied with the technical knowledge of the supervisor/owner (Alex jr) and the attention to detail by his team. Surface prep was very important and well done. Windows and roof were well protected from spray paint. They also made some minor repairs and add-ons with very reasonable price adjustments. Overall, an excellent price for an excellent job. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: He showed up a day late - didn't realize the appt was the day before-and - didn't even get on the roof to look for damage to see if a new one was really indicated after lightning blew up our chimney - just measured and gave me a rough estimate- not very professional

Description of Work: Wrapped the gables of the house with vinyl siding, replaced shingles, painted house and installed handrails on front and back steps. House looks great but they didn't clean up as well as I would have liked and didn't follow my instructions with placement of handrails. Luckily I caught them in time so that there wasn't a major problem. I probably wouldn't use them again but it would be a personality issue.

Alex, responded immediately to our email request and then in person, to meet with us for an inspection & discussion of what was entailed in materials, labor and warranty. Alex, returned to meet with the Insurance company adjuster. The company was very comfortable with him and his detailed work invoice and cut a check to us in 24 hours. Alex communicated with us throughout the job and handled all permits. His employees, worked in teams per their specialty, and we're very professional, accommodating and considerate of neighbors property. They finished on time and budget, including a final inspection by Alex personally. We highly recommended Alex and his crew it was a pleasure working with them. |

Description of Work: We used A. Parker Contracting to replace the original roof and skylights on our 30-year-old home. The company responded promptly to our calls and questions, and workers arrived on time and finished in the time we were told it would take to complete the job. The work crew cleaned up our yard and checked neighbors' yards for debris. The owner came to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We would definitely contact A. Parker again if we need the services the company provides, and we would recommend A. Parker to others.

Description of Work: Replaced roof and Gutters. The installation went flawlessly, and was completed in 2 days. They did some extra things for me without charging extra. Overall it was a great experience working with Mr. Parker and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They replaced my roof, installed new gutters, and put a new roof on my back porch as well.

Description of Work: They finished up today & so far I am very satisfied. They put a new roof on our house. They also had to put a rolled roof on one small part of my house because of the pitch of that roof. They showed up on the day they said they would & although it took 3 days to finish they always made sure the front of my house - the part people see as they go by - was clean and neat. I was particularly pleased with the back yard clean up - they also cleaned up some debris that had come onto my screen porch and deck. I was really concerned about the back yard because my dog wanders around out there and I know that roofing materials can make him really sick. | |The price was competitive with others I received - and was lower than some. That did factor into the decision to use them but it was much more important to me that Mr Parker seemed very knowledgeable and was also very friendly and easy to reach and talk with.

Description of Work: Checked roof for needed repairs and caulked. I did not need any repairs. The 2 men that looked at my roof as well as the owner that spoke to me via phone were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company!!

Description of Work: Checked roof and ceilings, applied reparative materials where indicated, answered our concerns offering affordable suggestions for maintenance. A. Parker actually provided a service rather than an estimate!! Very refreshing. He may have actually lost money on this Big Deal but if I need to hire a roofer in the future I know to call A. Parker Roofing. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Came to give a comprehensive roof evaluation.

Description of Work: They put up big tarps and secured my shrubs.They tore off the old shingles two layers.They installed new underlayment,ridge vent and new vent pipes.Then they put down lifetime warranty shingles.After that was done the put up all new seamless gutters,and leaf gaurds. I am very pleased with the whole expeience.
