They repaired damage done to my roof, fascia and siding after damage due to lightning.

It went very well! They did it all in one day with a crew of about eight men, and I thought it would take at least two days as we have a huge roof with multiple heights. They were very clean too; laid tarps over most everything to catch debris. There was a screen that got ripped, and a joint where two roofs join that I was concerned about, but Al came out & had his crew fix it the next day. All in all, a wonderful job!

I was very impressed from the beginning. He explained exactly what he would be doing (with the use of a model house), what materials would be used & why. The crew was very efficient. The only glitch was with the dumpster company not delivering the dumpster on time. I really thought that there could be no way that they could clean all of it up. But when I came home, everything was gone- no debris anywhere. Very impressive! I plan on using him again in the future.

Recommend these guys. Had a leak in our roof and there was big storm coming that night and the whole next week. He came out that day and quickly repaired the roof so it could make it through the storms. Then once it cleared up he came out and replaced the whole roof. Fair price and quick work.

Alex was quick to respond when we called him. Very competitive price and like what nhe had to say. He has a very good crew that works together well. We are extremely pleased with the job he did for us and would reccommend him to family and friends.

Alex is extremely professional and responsive. His crew was very considerate and were extremely easy to work with. The work performed met all expectations. Our roof was definitely challenging in that it 3 stories high, historic and a severe pitch. Alex was careful to retain the architectural details that were important to us (pole gutter and brick details at eaves). He also replaced the siding on the two dormers with 6" clapboards and painted them. I am very particular (having been a former contractor) and would highly recommend Alex and will certainly have him back when I'm ready to do my garage and porch roofs. Thanks Alex!

Excellent work! I am so impressed with the job this company did. My house looks brand new! Alex and his crew came out about a week after we contracted with them and got the job done in just a few days. Very competitive price and you get a lot with your money. He was wonderful. We would highly recommend him. His pricing was great and he was very competitive. I would use him again.

He was not the lowest bidder but he was the one we chose because of his knowledge about roofing. He started on the day he said and he finished on the day he said he would. He did a great job cleanning up after he was done. We are extremly excited with his workman ship and would strongly recommend him to our friends and family as a roofing contractor.

The exterior work was okay but the interior work was inferior. They did not do any prep work on the interior and on the outside porch they said they were going to add some type of material to the grip so that it would non slippery but they did not do that. The prep work on the interior was terrible. The longer we looked, we could see white field where we had to paint it green and we could see the previous white shade for it. They charged us for a gallon of paint and used probably five plus four tins. It was kind of a waste. My wife spoke to the people who were doing the interior work and said that she wasn’t happy with their work and pointed some things to them but the supervisor or foreman came in and started screaming at her that she found it very difficult. He told her that she had to tell anything to him and not the people working there. It was not a good experience. The guy was crazy. They cleaned their brushes in the yard as we found stains in our yard. The price was okay.

He made an appointment to give me an estimate and emailed me an estimate. He was very prompt and friendly but his estimate was higher than I was willing to spend.

A Parker Contracting broke one of the stone tops of my retaining wall when doing the roofing but they replaced it for me. The guy who ran it was really personable. Their price, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent.

The entire experience, from initial contact to job completion, was fantastic. No one likes to buy a new roof, but sometimes it has to be done. Alex made it as painless as possible. When we called Alex, he promptly came out to our house and give us an estimate on the spot within a few hours of the phone call. We live in an old home in the city of Wilmington, which has a steep sloping roof with multiple sections. We fully expected the estimate to be high compared to a newer home. To our surprise, he didn't charge us any extra for that. After an unexpected cancellation occurred in his appointment book, he was able to come to our house the very next day and start work. He had a crew of at least 5-6 men working on our roof for nearly two full days. Every worker was professional and hard working. They barely took any time off for lunch. During the work, they diligently kept up with mess of the old shingles/paper and kept scanning the yard with a magnetized roller to grab any staples that may have fallen. By the time they were complete, our yard looked better than when they first came! Our new roof looks great. It was a difficult job and they surpassed our expectations on all levels. Should we need any other services in the future, we will call Alex first to see if he can help. If you're shopping for a new roof, it'll be worth your time to give Alex Parker a call.

First a asbestos crew came out and removed all of the siding. Then after all of that was gone they started putting on insulation and tyvek wrap. Next they started putting on trim stuff around windows and doors. After that they started installing siding they all worked together. I don't know much about siding but it looks beautiful. I'm very happy!!!

Fine overall. Explained what he was doing. I appreciated his honesty. Not trying to sell me a new roof.

They did a new roof installation for me. They started at 8 am by installing big tarps on the house and in the yard. At 10:30 the whole roof had been stripped and they had the new sheets of plywood in. After that they put on a synthetic felt and ice shield. At noon they stopped for A well deserved lunch break. Then they started putting on new shingles; while some were putting shingles on, others were cleaning up. At 5:30 they wrapped up everything and were completely done. The next day they brought out the gutter truck. Starting at 8:30 am they removed the gutters and some of the wood. At about 9:30 the gutters and downspouts were gone. At 10:30 they started running out the gutters; it was really something to see. At 11:00 they had assembled them completely and had started hanging them. While this was going on one of the other guys was fixing my chimney. He fixed the holes and major cracks. After lunch they started making the downspouts. At 1:30 the gutters were hung and the leaf guards were being installed. At 3:00pm everything was done. I was very impressed like i said one call did it all for me. I would be happy to tell anyone in further detail if needed.

Al's crew did a good job with the roof and it looks nice. I appreciate the job performed. We did have a couple issues with the weather and bad luck which moved the job back a few days, but I understand things happen. I had Al over before with the Angie's List deal, and I knew beforehand that my roof had a couple issues. Since he was very polite the first time I decided to use him again. I appreciate all the help.

He was very responsive and called me back the day after but was charging more than another company so I chose them.

Al called me the next day about when we could schedule the appointment. He was flexible with my schedule, and came on time. Al was very nice, and took his time doing his job even though it was a discounted deal. He was up on my roof caulking the flashing, nailing any popped nails, and cleaning up the gutters. I also asked him to give me an estimate on a new roof and was honest enough to tell me that the roof didn't need one at this time. After he was done, he explained to me everything that he did and I decided to give him the job to replace my flat roof on the part of my addition.

He was great. They came right out, and were very neat. They also did coating for the house foundation and block foundation of my garage. They were very good. Everything turned out wonderful and looks great.

A. Parker has just completed the installation of a new roof and gutters on my home. He was light enough on his feet to be able to start the morning after agreeing to a contract. His price was significantly lower than his competitor. My 3,000 sq.ft roof was completed in two days, with all scrap material and othe refuse cleared up each day before leaving the premises. He was agile enough, and in sufficient control of his job, to be able to get extra plywood on short notice without mssing a beat when the need arose. The gutters, with new, modern technology guards were done in a day. Needed repairs to the cement work on the chimney were done along with the gutter installation. Under a separate agreement the entire house, deck, driveway and sidewalk were pressure washed the next day. there is additional carpentry work to be done which I will ask him to do without hesitation
