Fantastic. The guys showed up when they said they would. They were efficient, thorough, polite, and very professional. They made sure the gutters were cleaned and they also cleaned out the down spout that was clogged.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and the windows sparkle. They called before they came out to confirm the appointment. They are very courteous and professional. I have also hired the company to clean our gutters. I will hire this company again.

Sent an e-mail on Friday to ask about scheduling gutter cleaning. Got a quick response and crew came following Tuesday morning and took care of all work (very clogged gutters) quickly and courteously. Bagged all debris and left site clean. Could probably have saved a few bucks with a coupon but preferred to deal with someone nearby who I know I can call again.

Broke a screen. We called them and they came and got it to be repaired, but we never got it back. Our calls about it have not been answered.

They did a great job for us. When they came over, they had about 10 guys with enormous ladders. We were extremely pleased with them. Everybody did a good job and they were done in 45 minutes. They were fast and efficient. No one in the group spoke English. They were very good workers but we had a very hard time explaining how to get to the skylights.

After arriving, the five cleaners got right to the job at hand of cleaning our windows. Often, I saw at least two of the workers with a mobile phone in one hand and and squeegee in the other. They did a good job cleaning the windows but left a mess in their path. First, they were not very careful with the wet rags and left many water spot/stains all over our house on furniture and our old, unfinished walnut foors. Second, they ripped one window screen, bent another screen and jammed another roll-up screen. Third, they bent a copper gas line that supplied our gas grill to the point it had to be replaced. Last, they did not clean the outside of one window even though it is at ground level. Overall, they just were careless and more concerned about doing a quick job instead of a good job. It will now cost me over $450 to have all the screens and gas line fixed. And, surprisingly, nobody called after the crew left (not hours or days later) to see how the crew did and if we were satisfied.

I called Window Washers Etc and left a voicemail. Martin Biggs, the owner, called me back. I said that I wanted to be home when the workmen cleaned the gutters, and he said fine. We picked an afternoon, after 3pm, two days away when the workmen would come and I would be home. Two workmen came, put a ladder up and did the work, using both a blower and water from our hose to remove debris from the gutters. I asked them to make sure to replace the gutter guards and they did. They cleaned up the fallen leaves and sticks fairly well, to my satisfaction. I paid with a check when they were done. My only comment is that they came quite late in the afternoon after I was no longer sure that they would show up. They did apologize for their tardiness and explained that they'd had many clients that day. I accepted that as reasonable.

I have used Window Washers Etc in the past for both gutter cleaning and window washing. I have been satisfied with their service and I would certainly use them again.

They came, they cleaned, they left dirt in the window sills.

They are very good and their price is much better. It was half the amount of another company. They were fast in terms of coming and they were punctual. They were really fast on the estimate and they did a great job.

5 guys performed the service. They were fast and efficient. One guy even stood in a window well to clean a difficult to reach window.

Martin's crews have a regular routine for washing windows so that the job can be completed efficiently and satisfactorily. The crew he sent yesterday was one of the best ever-three hours. Service-oriented and polite.

Cleaning was fine, but I want my thermometer replaced!

I was at work when the gutters were cleaned, but I knew the work had been done. Nothing was damaged or out of place when I returned home. I am satisfied.

They are a bit pricey.

Getting an estimate was the easiest experience I have ever had. You give Martin your address, and then he drives by and calls you the next day with an estimate. Although the crew was 20 minutes late for an 8:00AM appointment, they worked quickly and efficiently and with excellent results. They soap and scrub the window, then squeegee it clean and dry around the edges with a soft cloth. There were no streaks, they broke nothing, and didn't make any mess. They even scraped paint off the windows in some cases. This service was recommended by my real estate agent who uses them all the time. I did not do any comparison shopping for that reason, but I will definitely use them again. I give them the highest recommendation.
