Technician arrived at the end of the three hour window. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the needed part with him, and fixed it promptly. I was very pleases with the job.

Manni did a great job of diagnosing and repairing my ice maker. First of all, the water line to the fridge was old and brittle...and had a leak in it. Manni replaced the line and suggested the lower water valve could be why the ice maker wasn't working. We agreed to replace the valve and a few days later he came back and installed the new part. Then he mentioned that in order for the ice maker to start working again we would need to shut off the refrigerator for 24 hours. Finally, over this past weekend we went through the thawout and presto - the ice maker started working again. We've had a couple of other companies try to figure out the problem but Manni took care of it for us. Thanks!

Went well - quickly diagnosed.

Nothing needed to be done. I only needed to be educated in not using the bottom of the oven for storage. [Since it apparently is the broiler area for my type of oven.] Since the visit took less than five minutes, wish there was a service visit discount. $55.00 is a lot to pay, could this have been handled with a Q&A on-line???

Service Master was available first thing the next day after calling the evening before and had to replace a control board on my refrigerator. The entire diagnosis, part acquisition, and repair was done within 3 hours. And above all the technician “Lucky” was awesome! Overall, great experience!

Service person phoned ahead of appointment, as promised, and was punctual. Part had to be ordered, and, as promised, I was notified when the part was available. Repair occurred soon after part was available. Same service person installed the ordered part. He was very professional and pleasant.

Service Master was unable to diagnose the problem with my ice maker. When I made the appointment I provided the make and model for the refrigerator and let them know that I had already replace the ice maker from an online parts reseller. The scheduler indicated they would be able to diagnose the problem but the technician did not have the tools to diagnose a problem and referred me to the manufacturer. Only savings grace is I was not charged for the appointment, but still a waste of my time.

Found that our fridge was not cooling but the freezer was fine. Called several repair services but Service Master was the most responsive and the only business we were able to talk to that could come on the same day. The technician arrived within the promised window after calling ahead to let me know exactly when he would get to our home. He promptly diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan motor.

Manny called before he arrived — always nice to get a heads up. He found that the ice maker needed a replacement part. He returned the next day to complete the work. We hope to have ice before the next heat wave! Service plus parts came to $300. I don't know what the going rate is, but I will pay more for efficiency, professionalism, and quality work.

The folks at Service Master were very friendly on the phone and I was able to make an appointment for two days later. Unfortunately, they didn't show up for the appointment. And when I called to reschedule, they didn't show up for that appointment, either. But they were nice on the phone when I first called!
