Description of Work: Observed possible ceiling leak. Suggested getting handyman to cut into ceiling to look for leak and install panels for easier checking in future. Handyman would be less expensive than plumber.

Description of Work: Mr. Seidel came out and accessed the job. I was told I would hear back about an estimate. I received a voicemail stating that the estimate was ready. I returned the call on Friday and Mr. Seidel was on the golf course and would get back to me. I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: I referred Seidel to a friend and neighbor who had a burst/frozen pipe and water filling up her basement over a weekend. He responded within an hour (bitterly cold, his men had been out all day on emergencies and the days before)...don't remember the cost but remember I felt it was very fair and modest for the service rendered...they were able to stop the water and replace the pipe without any fanfare and asked that she call them immediately if anything further developed. She called me immediately after they left and couldn't have felt better cared for and relieved.

Description of Work: Called to fix faulty toilet. Seidel came out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem. When he didn't have a replacement part in his truck he promised to return later that day to complete the work. He kept his promise!

Description of Work: I came back from Christmas to a stopped toilet and a slow drain. Otto was here within a few hours and fixed both within 45 minutes. And provided advice as to how we could prevent / fix similar problems in the future.
