The firm in general offers a great concept in packaging their overall services. I hired them to assist with the implementation (follow-on) of their initial design along with additional design work for some other areas. After a very short time into the project, I was told that my hours were almost exhausted. However, that was quickly redirected on their own initiative and they came through to assist me until the end. Great service.
Pros: Extremely responsive to my renovation budget. Initiation of the implementation work by coordinating/negotiating construction quotes. Professionalism. Design. Prompt response to all questions/emails.
My only complaint would be the time it took to coordinate quotes and implementation.
