I called the florist the morning before I wanted the flowers to be delivered. They were very nice and helpful on the phone. I could have ordered on-line but I preferred to speak to someone who worked there. I had looked on-line the day before so I knew which arrangement I wanted. I ordered the Exquisite Beauty and had it upgraded to the deluxe option. The cost was $85 plus $15 for the delivery. I gave them two time frames to deliver the flowers, one in the morning and one in the evening. I was told if I wanted the morning delivery it would be more expensive so I chose the evening. The recipient lived near Union Station. They arrived on time and my friend said they were lovely!! I would definitely use them again. They had good options to choose from on-line, their prices were reasonable and I heard they were beautiful.

I contacted Nosegay Flowers based upon a prior review here as well as reviews I found on other providers to help deliver a floral arrangement for me. As I only had one type of flower in mind and was not sure what could compliment it the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous in suggesting options. What did stand out in my interaction with then was their attention to customer service and desire to ensure a good job was done and quality product delivered.

I had waited until the last minute to send flowers for a funeral service in two hours. The time was 2p and the service was at 4p. Another was scheduled for the next day too. At least I thought I'd get them there the next day. I was desperate to get flowers delivered on time and at high quality. I called and ordered the flowers. Because it was so late in the day for Nosegay's delivery to this location, she/florist offered to contact another nearby florist to handle the delivery. She even, kindly, waived a transfer fee because of my situation. She got my telephone numbers and said she would call back. She did at 3p. I had a voicemail message on my cell that everything had been taken care of. I was so very pleased. This is a great florist that provides fine customer service. Give them a try.
