We work with buyers to help them purchase property as well as provide vendor information (lenders, contractors, etc). We work closely with buyers to negotiate the best deal possible and make sure their transaction goes smoothly from start to finish. We also work with sellers to market their listings, help coordinate any repairs to the property and help showcase their homes in our marketplace. So as not to waste my time, Heather sent me links to lots of properties which helped me weed out the ones I knew I wasn't interested in. Her knowledge of the area also helped and she didn't waste my time trying to "sell" me on a neighborhood that really wasn't appropriate for me even though the condo might have been. When it was time to make an offer, Heather had ALL of the relevant information to present to the seller's agent justifying the price I was offering. I feel that with Heather's help, I got a very fair deal. She was professional but firm and made the deal happen even with some major gliches.
