Had a leaking tire.  At last tune up (different place) the sales guy had tried to upsell my wife and get her to replace our tires.  Therefore, I figured my tires were old and it made sense to just replace them.
When I got to Mac's, I told the mechanic I was thinking of new tires because I had a leaking tire and my tires were old.  He said my tires were still good and that I could just repair it for $15.  
Long story short, not only did they not upsell me, I went in ready to spend $400 and walked away only spending $15.
Also great that it is 24 hour so I could go after my 9 month old son went to bed.

There was a line but they made their way through the customers very quickly. When they got to us they had us fixed and back on the road in 20 minutes, maybe less. They had a very friendly staff and fair pricing. I will go back.

Mac's provided the best quote for replacing two rear tires that i had already purchased from a different provider online. (Many shops simply refused to provide this service). The price for that operation was good, the entire service took 10 minutes with no wait. While the shop was a bit run down, it was very conveniently located, and the employees were both courteous and professional.
The only thing I didn't like was the price of $15 per wheel for rotation. That seemed like a complete overkill, so I refused that service (will do it with the next oil change for free)

Everything you could ask for in a tire repair place. I was in and out in 15 minutes and 3 months later have had no problems with the patch. The guys are very thorough and check the patch multiple times before putting the tire back on your car. Will definitely use them again anytime I get a flat.

My dealer told me my front tires had to be replaced, so instead of paying an outrageous price with them, I decided to look for a local option.
I came in on a weekday and was seen by someone right away. He offered me two options - the cheaper, generic one and the slightly more expensive, well-known brand. He checked my rear tires and confirmed that they didn't need to be changed.
I very much appreciated that he offered me both options and let me choose for myself, instead of doing what so many service providers seem to do - "upsell" you things you don't actually need. I would definitely go back to them the next time I need my tires changed.

The service took less than 15 minutes, possibly less than 5 minutes...it was fast and effective service. The manager on duty was very friendly, the worker less so, but not a big deal (it is a tire place after all).
i was worried that they'd try and sell me a new tire instead of repairing it, but they didn't even mention it.
I would definitely go back.

Their responsiveness and punctuality was good because when I came in and it was taken care of right away.

I will use this garage again. I was happy to learn they're open 24 hours and offer a FREE tow service to their garage. (I would have called them, if I had know this was available. I drove myself to the garage to avoid a tow charge.)
