I contacted Nicholas on a Tuesday and he was available that evening but unfortunately I was tied up with work meetings so he came first thing Wednesday morning. He talked through the possible issues went and got a part and within minutes of replacing the part realized the only issue was the existing part wasn’t not affixed properly. Although this was an opportunity to charge me for work that wasn’t needed he let me know nothing major needed to be done and only charged me little for the service call and now I am thankfully in a warm home again! I definitely appreciate the honesty and speed of the work.

Nicholas was very knowledgeable and straight forward on what the issue was. He quickly fixed the issue for a reasonable price.

I had a boiler in need of a pressure valve replacement. Of the three quotes I received theirs was the most specific and reasonable. He quoted me for the issue and not for the stars and the moon like some Of the others. He ended up having to come back twice because of a parts issue and he was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and being flexible with is on the timing. He was conscientious of maintaining distance and wearing a mask during COVID. I will hire again for future projects.

We actually brought him in earlier this year for our free consultation but couldn't move forward at the time because COVID hit just a few days later, and the heat was turned off soon after the quarantine started. When I got word that the heat in our historic building would be coming on again, I reached out to Nicholas again right away. Our radiator dials were not working and our radiators were basically stuck on high leaving us with a balmy room temperature of mid 80s all winter long [not ideal]. Nicholas and I worked via text this time around, I sent him photos of the dials last week [no push for extra unnecessary visits [no extra exposure during pandemic too], he got new parts in a matter of days, and came by today to make the repairs in under 45 minutes. We all wore our masks and felt very safe. Can't wait for a better winter!

Nick is the best. My hvac system wasn t working. I had 2 other hvac companies take a look at the system and all of them said that I had to replace everything: inside air handler, outside unit and more. Nick Evaluated the system, identified the problem and fixed the issue in a few hours for 1/10th the cost of the other companies. Great experience. Our HFAC malfunctioned. With everyone home, we needed help ASAP. Nick came same day and rolled with punches when an ornery neighbor unfairly hassled him about parking. We needed a new blower motor, but were back in business in short order.

Extremely fast response! Within 3 hours of my non-emergency call, Nicholas came by to help me figure out where the air filter is.
