Very thorough in diagnosing the problem; Very patient in explaining the problems and possible solutions; I will have to move forward in replacing my 1984 gas furnace; I will trust Minute Services in providing this service.

Nicholas and Avery were almost like the Click and Clack of AC Repair! Very responsive, very personable, and very willing to solve the problem the customer presented. They were on site within 2 days and came back with need supplied to get the compound job done (install a cutoff, change filters, do annual maintenance inspection, clean airhandler) - for the standard work they did it was a pleasure to have them. They also went above and beyond by providing me (the designer/builder) with videos as i was remote, so i could verify the work performed in a proper and clean manner. I would heartily suggest using them and for myself, i will!

Fair prices, fixed the issue (blown fuse) quickly and even helped me register my units warranty!

I had a positive experience with Last Minute Services (Mr. Nicholas Cohen). He was very professional and knowledgeable of my situation. We had a 7am appointment today, he was at my door at 7am, and not on his way, being respectful of my time. I watched Mr. Cohen throughly examine and tested the a/c unit. The dual capacitor had to be replaced and added needed Freon. Now the a/c is running fine. I, highly, recommend Last Minute Services PLLC and will use them in the future.

Above and beyond my expectations! Will definitely be coming back when I need to replace my entire system! A resident in my building recently had their Heater replaced and highly recommended Nicholas. I hadn't been able to get my heater to turn on since I moved in last year and was told by two other techs the only option was to just replace my whole unit. I had been dealing with it but it just got a little too cold...so when I saw the recent recommendation I thought why not just call and ask what Nicholas has to say. To my complete surprise, he shows up at my door within the hour, and knows exactly (from previous experience with other units in my building) how to rewire my heater to bypass the problematic parts. Voila! Heat at last! This man clearly KNOWS his stuff, and I highly recommend his services for anyone in need of Heating/AC work!

I cant say how greatful I am too have found Nicholas. He is upfront and honest, most importantly he will get it right the first time. I will use him for all future repairs!!

We called Nick to get our newly installed boiler working. We had some bad luck with our original contractor and we were left with a new unit and no way to heat our house right when it turned cold! Nick made it over the very same day we spoke. Got the boiler up and running, reset our thermostat that was also not connected correctly, he identified the issues with radiators that weren't working and unlike most service reps we've worked with Nick doesn't keep information to himself. He shares what he is doing and why, encourages questions and you can tell he loves his job. He even called the manufacturer for our HVAC and boiler units to get them registered for us! Highly recommend!

Mr. Nicholas Cohen and staff of Last Minute Services PLLC were professional and knowledgeable in installing a new air conditioning unit on the roof of a 3 story condo building. He explained that he would be able to get a slim unit so that the rental of a crane would not be necessary. I will be using Last Minute Services for future plumbing work.

The service was extraordinary.. Nicholas made a special trip 50 miles at the spur of the moment to accommodate my needs so my wife didnâ  t have to come home from the hospital to a hot home. He made the repair within 15 minutes and gave a short education on AC 101. Great job.

My furnace was making a horrible loud noise since August. I'd had two different companies try to fix it, but $800 later nothing helped. Then the noise stopped because the furnace quit working altogether. I called Nick based on his Home Advisor reviews and he was able to come out right away. First, he correctly diagnosed and fixed the reason the furnace stopped working. We needed a new part and he was able to locate it that day and return to install it. Then he diagnosed what was making the horrible loud noise (which resumed when the furnace worked again). It turned out to be a very, very simple problem - a piece of label had come loose and was tapping on the case when the furnace vibrated, & the noise was amplified by vents. He merely had to tap it back into place with his hand and the noise was gone! Now the furnace makes no noise and it works as well as ever - no problems. Nick is a really nice and pleasant guy, super smart and good at analyzing systems. He'll be my first call when we replace the whole furnace (its 25+ years old). All the five-star reviews are true - he's terrific!

I contacted Nick about a minor issue and he was personable and straightforward. He came over to check out the issue on our request, and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was courtesy and professional while also being personable. Iâ ll be using him for all my home repair services in the future.
