I originally scheduled Nick to come in the afternoon the day after we initially spoke to look at the unit and troubleshoot some issues that had been arriving the past two weeks, but that evening my heat was going crazy and blowing cold air. With a toddler sleeping in a crib, I didn't feel comfortable turning off the heat and using blankets, so Nick offered to come by to look at the system. At 9:30pm! He looked at the system and determined he needed to get on the roof of our condo building to look at the unit, but would have to go get a ladder since there's no roof access indoors. We helped him get up there and he quickly figured out what was going on. After a few quick fixes with the thermostat and a chat about air filters, Nick was done!I Since it was late and he had been on his way home, the cost was definitely a bit more than I anticipated, but at the end of the day, worth it to not wake up one more morning to my daughter's room showing it was 66 degrees! Nick was responsive, friendly, and very professional. I will be using him again for any HVAC or refrigeration needs in the future.

Nick is great. He was responsive, attentive, and professional. We needed someone to come over to look at our furnace on a Sunday. He attempted to make a simple repair, hoping to minimize the cost. However, when it turned out that it required a replacement part, he worked to find an affordable part that would be available the next day, and he was able to schedule the time immediately. He did a great job. I would recommend him.

Nichols came and accessed the problem right away. He had it fixed in 1 hour. I want to nominate him for President. Now I have heat!

Came and advised me of the the options, He is well knolegeble of his trade. Completed the work. I am very very please with Last Minute Services, and plan to use them in future projects.

Returned Home from a short trip and my heat was not working, doing my search for repair a came upon home advisor, I filled in all the question and to my surprise I received a call within 1 min of completing my questions. The company was Last Minute Services. To my surprise, he was down the street from my home and came within 7 mins. Nick was great, he fixed my heat and explained to me as he repaired what the problem was and show me where the problem was and what he was doing to resolve my problem. The day before Christmas, he arrived quickly and repaired my heat quickly for a reasonable price. I am so happy to have heat and so happy that I found Nick who's number if firmly fixed in my cell contacts and my new heat and water heater guy. We hugged as he departed. Also Nick show me his credentials, before he started, gave me some of his history. The best Master Plumber you will find, I am 100% satisfied! I can't say enough!

The technician offered very flexible hours even answering a call after 11:00pm. While on the call, I was very thankful that he walked me through a few trouble-shooting steps to help me resolve my HVAC issue myself at no charge. Once it was determined that the issue required more than a simple fix, he came over to diagnose the problem that night. I was very impressed at the technician's troubleshooting expertise. He gave clear explanations of the issues he was looking for and why they should be checked in a particular order to avoid purchasing expensive parts unnecessarily. The technician was very professional and courteous. Finally, the price for the repair was very reasonable. Later, I found out the technician was the owner of his company. He will definitely be the first person I call if I have another issue. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for professional repair services.
