LASER SHIP

LaserShip delivered a correctly addressed package to a house 4 doors away.  They just left the package on the front porch of the wrong house.  They have messed up deliveries to me 3 times now in various ways.  No one, including Amazon, should be using LaserShip.

Worst Service!   I submitted a courier request with LaserShip on a Friday and I come back to work on Monday and the package was still taped to my office suite.  The request was for deadline service, it needed to be at the site by COB that day.  I called and said my package would be ready at 3:00 pm that day, and then called again at 2:00 pm to say it was ready for pick up.  The lady I talked to said she noted the file and that someone would be out soon to pick up.  I left the office at 3:00 that day, as our offices had closed early – our offices, not the building.  I come back to work and find that the company called and left a voicemail stating that our office building was locked and that they couldn't get in.   The building where our suite is located doesn’t lock early.  And I asked for a before 5:00 pm delivery to which if the driver showed up after 5:30 pm they already missed the deadline.  I e-mailed my contact when I returned to the office on Tuesday, he said he would take care of canceling the order, yet a driver showed up at our office to take the package to the site.  To this day, LaserShip is still billing me for the missed delivery from that Friday and the attempted delivery from the following week (which I canceled).  I would never recommend this company to anyone. 

It took well over 2 weeks to receive the package once an initial note was left by the package delivery person. Meaning, they tried to deliver, and then over 2 weeks later I finally received the package. This seemed a bit extreme considering that I'm home both day and night most days of the week. LaserShip knew that I was home both day and night because I told them this both over the phone and via email, multiple times. Really disappointing and slow. I guess I should have driven out to Beltsville to get the package myself -- but then what's the point of having it shipped to your home?
