James is detailed, thorough, punctual and well connected to all the key players needed to navigate through the process of buying a home. He is an expert on the Tenants Rights issues in the District - issues which can greatly complicate your purchase. We highly recommend him.

He has been very proactive in identifying investment properties -- even ones which are not listed in the MLS. James is an expert in construction and construction management so has been great at assessing the curent condition of projects and the amount of work / cost needed to bring a project up to where it is rentable and with be a good investment.
