Exceptionally well. I am OK with home theater setups, but I would not have wanted to deal with all that myself. Nor would I want a quick-and-dirty job installation from the big box stores--you just do not who will show up. These guys were reliable and knowledgeable, every step of the way. I got a free one hour estimate too in our home.

I love these guys. Everyone was friendly and extremely professional. They were also very respectful of my home and very tidy (they even took all of the packing materials with them - not a single thing deposited in my trash can). I found them through Washingtonian and am I glad I did. I went to their shop at NW and spoke to Francis and right away I knew that he "got it." I told him what I wanted and he did an excellent job informing me about new products that would address my concerns and desires. I could tell right away that he understood me and knew how to create the perfect balance between cost savings without compromising on the aesthetics! I purchased the equipment from him which included a google tv for my mudroom, a soundbar for my living room and mounts for both the new google tv and my existing tv in the living room, and the google tv dvd bluray player. I wanted everything hidden and originally thought I had to carve space under my stairs to do it but Francis informed me about wireless set up which would permit me to bury equipment in a coat closet and still have my minimalist look. Francis came over to do the estimate and contract was signed. When installation came, the crew came over and they worked for a while to get things right. Unfortunately my old home with lots of plaster walls ended up not being a good candidate for wireless setup as the image kept flicking so the crew came back the next night to hardwire everything. They drilled through plaster walls, dropped lines behind my wall and under my crawl space to hard wire the set-up and it turned out amazing. They were very clean and it looks amazing!!! My living room looks like a million bucks! To my surprise with the extra day of work and hardwiring everything (which I assumed with drastically up my price), GA only charged me an extra $100-200 for the cost of the extra cables and "labor" which I thought was really reasonable. They are awesome, very nice gentlemen and work very well together as a team. Thank you so much!

WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED AND THEIR PRICES WERE WELL BELOW OTHER ESTIMATES. HAD SOME DIFFICULTY WITH THE FINE TUNING OF THE SYSTEM REQUIRING SEVERAL FOLLOW UP VISITS. THE VALUE WAS GREAT, GOT A LOT FOR OUR MONEY.
