The carpet selection, staff, and installers are top notch. They had a great array of carpets, very high end to more standard. I will only use them in the future. The stair runners are amazing. Looks like Architectural Digest. Could not be happier.

They are polite, not pushy, helpful, on time, honest and responsive. Maybe not the cheapest company out there but sometimes it's worth paying a little more for less hassle.

The job was performed very efficiently and it was done to my schedule. The quality in carpeting that we used is very good. The installation was so so. The price was a little bit on the expensive side.

They were able to do the work in a very short time frame. I am not sure as to what their price was.

Overall everything was just fine. I have no complaint. If ever I want more rugs or carpeting I will go to Georgetown Floor Coverings first.

They came and surveyed the site before doing any work to give me a proper estimate of time and labor. On demolition and prep work day they arrived on time and took great care with furniture that I could not move myself. They draped over furniture and art with plastic to prevent dust build-up. Despite all of the pre-existing conditions that hampered the installation, they chose the Best course of action to make the install the best it could be and did NOT take the cheap/easy route. They were not happy with the existing sub-floor, so they took extra time to add an additional layer of subfloor luan material for a solid install. Excellent communication from the Owner and installers. Finished product was breathtaking. They even took the time to mix and match from multiple boxes for the best possible blending of materials. Hardwood stairs are NOT a job for sub-par installers. They require precision and skilled handwork. Don't hesitate to give them a call for great service and install

I had a superior experience with Georgetown FloorCoverings. I visited the store several times and was given customer assistance as I needed. I asked to take the sample book to my condo and was permitted to do so. After making my choice I waited about 2 weeks for installation. The installation process was impressive. The team of 3 men were highly professional: they treated my belongings with care, worked steadily and quietly, answered my questions, and cleaned everything up and left my unit in pristine condition. The installers were on time and did everything as I expected.

They definitely went the extra mile to make me happy. I was very pleased with the overall turn out of the carpets. It was a very big job to do and they did not mess up once on anything. The price was unbeatable for this amount of work. I would recommend them to anyone.
