My overall experience can best be described as a nightmare. Mr. Fajardo would not provide me with a detailed estimate as I asked. He did not do any planning, he just brought in subcontractors many of whom did not speak English, which meant most of the time I could not communicate with them. He himself was constantly running to another job. He often made promises that he later reneged on. When it came to the end and his bad project management led to him not making any money, he cut corners and the quality of the work suffered. I advise everyone: go with someone else. You will regret hiring Mr. Fajardo for any large jobs.
