Excellent. The owner would not let me pay him for the work. If you have a computer problem, call this small business. Describe your problem. The owner is honest. If he thinks he might be able to fix it, he will ask you to bring in the computer so he can give you an estimate.

The price was reasonable for the work done, and Moe was responsive and very professional. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would highly recommend him. In fact, I am going back to him now for a completely separate matter myself.

I called and explained the situation and was told the price. At the last minute, I decided to include the second laptop and that was no problem. I dropped of the three laptops on Wednesday, picked them up on Thursday and was charged an excellent price. I was instructed where to look on the new laptop for the old data. When I checked the data, it was complete and thorough and easy to find. In addition to the expected data, I was very happy to have recovered some unexpected old family photos that I had forgotten about.
