carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreIt went very badly. The dye ran into a light-colored border, staining it. It is very noticeable and I pointed it out to the man who delivered it. He promised that the manager would call, but she never did and they did not respond to literally a dozen calls to their customer service and D.C. phone number. I ended up having to put it to my credit card company, and I also plan to take it up with the Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: I had a beautiful handmade Turkish wool rug cleaned.
