Installer (18 Nov 05) highly skilled. However, door fit very tight and bottom swelled during winter. In the spring I asked for the door to be trimmed, which was done 13 Jul 2006. Bottom gasket by that time had come apart and it was replaced. In the process of that work, it became obvious the paint was defective - peeled off in strips like Saran Wrap. Repairman reported paint problem to company. I started phoning about getting the door painted properly. Lester Lewis admitted immediately there was a problem the company should fix. Five months and many calls to Lewis later, with his repeated claims that they will get to it but no action, I file this report.
