CONCRETE RAISING INC

Started out well, but Bill didn't end up doing the work. He had his cousin do it. A suprise since he indicated he would be out doing the work and I had been recommended to him by someone who had him do the work, not his cousin. He thought it might take two or three visits to get it right and when I called him after the second visit to see if it needed a third time (I thought it might) he didn't return my calls. I called five or so times and nothing. Very annoying. Also did not clean up well.

They did a great job and gave me a great price because they were already in the neighborhood (I gave you an estimate of what I believe is their reasonable normal pricing). They were efficient and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the places where they filled the cracks, re-cracked soon afterwards, but I believe this might be due to issues beyond what they are able to fix. The rest of the project looks fine, and the walkway is even, which is the most important thing so that no one trips!

Work was excellently done, and clean up was well done. Only problem was, he arrived prior to agreed time and made excessive noise at too early an hour for neighbor happiness.
