They tend not to keep their appointment windows. The workers are average, nothing extraordinary. Sometimes they don't have the right equipment if you ask them to sort something out. I would tell a friend to be aware of the price hikes each year normally. I will not use them again if I have another available choice.

They claim that the box that they provided several years ago now has a monthly charge. For them to change and replace one for which there was no charge would cost me $75.00. I paid it, since they had be over a barrel--pay be now or pay me later. Their customer service stinks; but again whereelse can I go.

I have been using Comcast for about eight years. I chose Comcast because I didn't want to have satellite dishes. I would change services but I don't want to have disruptions in my home.
