I wish I could remember the guy's name. He was very good. I called him after the company that was preferred by the building, Atlas Glass Co., did not return my calls. The gentleman from C&C Glass and Mirror came and looked at the windows on a Saturday morning. He immediately diagnosed the problem, took the windows out, measured them and gave me a quote the same day. About 2.5 weeks later, he called and said the replacement windows had arrived. We arranged for him to come during the week (he does not install windows on the weekends; he only does quotes on the weekend). He installed both windows in about an hour.
The C&C gentleman was incredibly prompt, polite, and expert. The windows look fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing window replacement service.
