I was very pleased with the work. I called Burruss after the electrician that I had been using abandoned the job (Lenner Grainer). I was on a tight contracting schedule and Burruss came over on a Sunday and then completed the job on Monday so that the kitchen remodel schedule did not fall behind. Very professional. Top quality job.

The company representative misled us into overpaying the deposit (still not reconciled). The assistant left on site to do the work was truculent, made personal calls on out land line and did very little work. After four days on the site, about 5 hours of work had been done, most of it rudimentary. Because of the factors and that the work was progressing so slowly, we cancelled the contract. Also note: Real name is Burruss, not Burress. Address here not same as on letterhead. Research shows the contractor has a history of fraudulent businesses (Washington Post article, 1996). I can't vouch for those facts, but I can say that the electrical work they did was way below par, and that we are now embroiled in financial discrepancies.

Extremely responsive, courteous, and professional. He stuck to his estimate, which was a fraction of what others quoted, did the work quickly, and cleaned up as he went.

THE WORK QUICKLY DONE. I NEEDED TO ORDER AN ADDITIONAL PART AND THEY INSTRUCTED ME WHERE TO GO. THE CLEAN UP WENT EXTREMELY WELL. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FURTHER. THEY WERE VERY TARDY ON THE DAY THEY WERE TO SHOW UP.
