I dont have the words on how wonderful, Pete, Bob and Martin are. They treated me wonderful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Even when they delivered my package and the address was incorrect (the law office had moved and no notice was sent out about their new address), Best Messenger gave me a call to let me know they had moved and even delivered the package to the new address but there was nooone there to receive it. That just goes to show that they are concern, professional and on the ball!!!!!!!! I will recommend their service to anyone and everyone. I will definitely used them again in the future.

Excellent. They were quick, easy to direct, courteous and professional. What else can you ask. they even have a bookmark order form on the web; but they also answer the phone on first ring. I have confidence in them to do unique services.

I had a very tight schedule and they explained how the proceedures worked. I called them late in the evening, and didn't have anyone available. The next morning, they took the stuff I'd emailed them to the embassy and kept me informed as to what was happening with the pickup. The embassy first said that copies would work, but then the embassy said that copies wouldn't work, so the courier had to come back out to my house to pick up originals and go back to the embassy. I got all my information before the embassy closed and before my flight. I was very pleased.

I called Best Messenger, Inc. after finding them on Angie's List. They had two positive reviews, so I thought I would try them. I had a slightly complex request. I needed a messenger to come to my office, pick up a check, take it to my bookkeeper across town, then pick up a box of files from her and return it to my office. All I knew about what they'd be picking up was that it was large -- but whether a single box, two boxes, three, how heavy -- I could not say. Martin, the person I talked to, was polite, asked all the necessary questions, and when it turned out that I needed to postpone the whole process by 18 hours, he was unfazed. The messenger he sent out was prompt, courteous, and got the job done with a minimum of hassle. I would certainly use them again and will recommend them personally.

I am a repeat customer. They are wonderful. I really feel that I trust them with everything. They are very professional and ethical. They respect my privacy, and I feel safe and secure with them handling my things.

They are very accommodating, courteous, and honest. They are very trustworthy and polite. They don't even accept tips. I am very pleased with this service and cannot say enough good things about them. They always give an estimate as to how long it will take and are always within 10 minutes of the estimated time given. If there is a problem, they all have cell phones and will call you immediately. It is almost a family company and is just a very good & very well run organization.
