ADT work with contractors. A contractor hiding behind the name "ADT" came to my house. (Safe haven security INC) They did a "bait and switch" on me. Promised me great deal, where very nice on the phone. But when the installer came to my house, he fulled out the book of "Lets get some money out of you". I declined all their offers and ended up with "Pay 400$ more if you want all your windows covered". In addition, the system itself didnt work, faulty sensor, no siren etc..., but that's not the main point. Then - When I contacted ADT - I was thrown to the dogs. If ADT are willing to work with a company like Safe Haven, whom operate in a very ethological manner, its bad enough, but when they don't do anything to help their customer (And iv been with them for years), they for sure don't deserve to have me as a customer. I hope as many people as possible read this review and learn. They are scam artists - very good in it. Read EVERY word in the contract as they got me on one that if I want to disconnect - I will need to pay over $1200. They are bad and they don't deserve hard working customers. Greg Krowitz
