When they got there, they were struggling to fit it into the driveway. We knew we didn't need a very big unit because we didn't have much to store. Because this is a busy time of year for them, they didn't have the smaller unit available so they brought a bigger one at no extra charge. However, it wouldn't fit in the driveway so they had to put it in the street. He told us we'd need a permit from the city for the unit to be in the street and that he would take care of it for the first few days. We paid for the rest. It was about $5 a day. The other thing that happened is they said they would pick up the unit on Saturday and then I got a call Monday from them asking if I was ready to have it picked up. Overall I wouldn't recommend them. It was too confusing and it was very distressing trying to figure out where to fit this large unit they brought out instead of the smaller unit we had ordered.
