 + 0 moreI have used WeHaulDC on two occasions, once in 2016 and once in 2017, and both times have been a fantastic experience. To start, the online request form was easy to complete. Dave responded within a day of submitting the request and responded to subsequent emails promptly as well. The pricing was very straightforward - three hour minimum, one price for the crew only, additional cost per hour for use of their truck as well. The crew showed up on time, with smiles, and was very communicative in asking what needed to be done initially and asking any other questions throughout the process. They were fast, efficient, careful, and polite. Both of my moving experiences went better than I ever expected; WeHaulDC was the best money I spent in my moves.
Description of Work: In 2016 we needed a storage pod unloaded into our house in DC. I used only the crew for hauling items. In 2017, we moved from one house in DC to another, so needed items loaded into a truck and then unloaded into the new house. This time, WeHaulDC provided both the moving crew and the truck with supplies (furniture pads, wrap, etc.).
