They were outstanding.  She was a good staffer, she was excellent, outstanding.  She was able to get the deal done, she was able to negotiate.  She was able to get multiple offers on my property and was able to get me fault list price.  She had people fighting over my property so that was nice.  She just knew what she was doing.  She came in and told me what to do and how to do it and very professional and very thorough.  Most importantly she gets the job done.  She was able to get me more than my asking price on my last deal. The staff was excellent, they really know their stuff.  She has two assistants that handle the paperwork and filled out stuff for me because I didn't want to be bothered selling my house.  They did stuff so I didn't have to.  I didn't want to bother and they did it for me.

Tell us the story from start to finish (10,000 character limit): Very well. Our situation was somewhat unusual because we learned this particular condo unit was going to be sold only a few days before it was to go on the market. The owner was eager to sell it quickly because she was moving to another state, and so she was willing to offer us a particularly good price if we could move rather quickly and she could avoid putting it on the market, advertising, and showing it to other prospective buyers. It was a bit like being in a whirlwind, of course, but Jeanne was definitely up to that challenge, and we never felt confused or overwhelmed.
