Fantastic experience! We’re purchasing a home & found out the septic required repairing and we couldn’t close until the repairs were completed. Reached out to John & he gave me a quote the same day and had the repairs completed the same week for us! He really went above & beyond to fit us in! John Bensavage did an excellent job of repairing my septic system which included replacing the septic tank. To gain access to the tank they had to have five trees removed. John coordinated the tree removal subcontractor as well as removing and replacing the septic tank. He also repaired the broken waste pipe leading to the septic tank. Throughout the whole process every phase of the job was performed on in a timely manner and every delivery of material arrived on site exactly when needed. John's crew was excellent as well, performing each phase efficiently and smoothly while while exercising great care to avoid damaging the adjacent structure. I enjoyed watching how smoothly they worked together. When the job was finished, they expertly restored the surrounding landscape to a condition better than it was before. John kept every promised date and time and accomplished the job exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend John H. Bensavage LLC to anyone in need of septic system repair. And John was the lowest bidder.

I highly recommend. I was "working" with another firm that kept stringing me along and after weeks had not even diagnosed the problem with my 50 year-old system. John called and talked me through everything and within a couple days had dug test pits and gotten sign-off from the health department on the replacement system. A week later it was done. The whole team was professional and friendly. John explained every step and component. He also has a good relationship with the Southington inspectors which helped move the process along quickly. I didn't shop around price but based on what neighbors have spent in the past and the range that the "other guy" was quoting, I believe I got a good value. I recommend John Bensavage without hesitation.

If you have a problem like I did with my septic system I called him he was there the next day figured out what he had to do . I want to Wethersfield to the department of health to pick up a drawing of my septic fields we measured out where are the fields were in a distribution boxes it turns out the first distribution box was damaged and not letting water through it so he replaced it and the system is working fine now.
