The technician called back after I contacted the answering service at 9AM, and quoted me $374 for the 1st hour and $172.50 for each additional hour. I thought the rates were astronomical, but didn't have time to look for other A/C specialist, and my tenant was concerned about 2 small kids and expected hot weather. 
The technician billed me from 1:30pm to 5pm to change the capacitor (parts cost was about $90). Why so long time? Apparently the company claims that they bill starting from the time they finish the previous job. So they charged me for 1hour 15 mins to drive from Bristol, CT to Danbury, CT... I don't consider this to be a reasonable practice. Thus my review. They could be driving from NYC or Boston... This is not a customary model for charging, and I don't have any way of knowing where they are coming from. 
I would not recommend to engage this company, based on my experience. It was quite disappointing.

WE WERE LOOKING FOR A PLACE WHO DID GOOD WORK AT A DECENT PRICE AND THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO COME OVER WHEN WE WANTED AND SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.

I ONLY USED THEM ONE TIME, ALTHOUGH LIKE I SAID I RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE THAT NEEDED SERVICING FOR AIR CONDITIONING. IF I NEED ANY MORE SERVICE I'LL GIVE HIM A CALL BECAUSE I LIKED THE SERVICE HE GAVE.
