George did an outstanding job on everything he worked on at my house. He managed to repair a bent creased screen I thought for certain I would have to replace. The price was fair. George came when promised and totally delivered. I highly recommend Pella.

Customer Service was by far above expectations. I felt my basement was as important to Pella as it was to me. Also, we were given great recommendations throughout the process. Quality of the work was very good. Only area for improvement was that the upfront estimate had a couple minor misses, and I would have liked the laminate planks to have been laid with 3-4 row repeating pattern rather than a 2 row; but I never made that expectation known upfront. Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend!

The painting job went very well. I actually hired the vendor to do two additional projects in addition to the painting job. The painting Job went very well, the masonry job also went very well. Had a slight difference of expectation with the last and third job. With that said, the overall work was of good quality. Minus the one delivery expectation outcome the experience was very positive

The owner of the company is a pleasure to work with. He listened and met all of our expectations. We've had horrible experiences in the past with the level of professionalism of other contractors. Definitely not the case this time around. Our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and we can't wait to do more with Pella in the future.
