"THIS PARTICULAR CLIENT SEEMED IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE. ULTIMATELY SEVERAL OF THE PLAN OPTIONS DID IN FACT SATISFY THE CLIENT'S DESIRED FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT. TYPICALLY TWO OR THREE PLAN OPTIONS ARE PRESENTED ON A PROJECT...AFTER MORE THAT 9 PLAN OPTIONS THIS CLIENT WAS STILL NOT HAPPY, WAS EXTREMELY BELLIGERENT ON THE PHONE AND INFORMED ME THAT SHE WAS STOPPING THE PROJECT "FOR SEVERAL REASONS" WITHOUT EXPLAINING EXACTLY WHY. I ALWAYS STRIVE FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE (AS EVIDENCED BY MY WILLINGNESS TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK FREE-OF-CHARGE FOR THIS CLIENT) BUT AGAIN THIS CLIENT SEEMED IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE."
