We moved into our house only a few months ago and the central air stopped working during the 2020 summer heat-wave. We called Heritage because that is who the previous owner had service their unit. They were booked out a week ahead, and when the guy finally came out all he did was rinse out the filter and hose off the exterior of the unit. He was here maybe 15-20 minutes. He didn't stay to see if the issue was fixed and didn't check the one thing I specifically asked him to check (if the drain was clogged/working correctly.) They changed me $150 and never actually fixed the thing. Another company came out and fixed the unit a few days later.

This company is more concerned with selling contracts than service. the
owner also turned out to be rude and verbally abusive towards me and my
wife. Overall, after doing business with them for over 5 years, I would
never recommend them to anyone. In the end, we had to have another
company come in to fix what they messed up.

We have used them for a year. They come out right away in uniforms but the last time the gentleman tracked in a little dirt. They are a professional company and other then the dirt the one time the service is perfect. They also bring out our oil to heat our home in the winter.
