The work was good, especially the tile work. The biggest drawback was the sub-contractor for electrical work, which was disappointing. They were flexible, but expensive. I do not wish to use their services in future.
"In response to the feedback received on April 28, 2011, it is true that a return phone call was not received for three days. According to our records the initial call was received at our office on a Friday and was subsequently returned on a Monday because of the weekend. We do our very best to keep the weekend free from disruptions to homeowners. Furthermore our records indicate we did not receive a second call. At Gove Restoration, we understand how important it is to follow up with every call received within 24 hours (excluding weekends). It is unfortunate that this chain of events occurred."
