remodeling
 + -1 moreHe used the cheapest materials he could find, we believe some of the material was either used or leftovers. he left holes in our walls, he did not put the tile floor down correct on our kitchen floor leaving holes in our floor, he told us we owed him thosands of dollars for the hard wood floors which I paid him, later after finding the contract , It said he was to pay for the floors, after confronting him on it, he said oh my mistake . he started to pay me back but then stopped paying. He broke things in my house all the time and would actually hide them in the garbage.there were many times he would write up phoney receipts to collect more money from me. he broke a line under ground and tried to get me to pay for that too. very poor quality work over priced and very dishonest. Beware of this man.Also he never trimmed the windows,he did not put handles on my cabinets. there is much more, but too much to list. I will open my home to show anyone this poor quality work if anyone is thinking to hire this man.
Description of Work: mr. mitchell began remodeling my house in 2007.he put in new windows in the kitchen.he added 2 small bedrooms.
