Description of Work: The outside rocks needed to be power washed because of spores that spread. One person told us we needed bleach. One told us a crazy high estimate. But, this company was punctual, fair, and hardworking!. Great job!

 + -1 moreReturned from errands and could not open the garage door and found no power in the house. Discovered the electric meter blown off the house. Parts of the meter were scattered 25+ feet from the meter and the meter smelled of smoke. Appears water seeped into the meter causing an electrical short and the meter to blow-up. The power company and an electrician visited the house and advise that repair work was needed to: 1) replace the electric meter 2) replace cables coming into the meter 3) replace cables exiting the meter into the circuit breaker box in the basement and 4) replace a separate off-peak cable from the meter to the hot water heater in the basement Contacted Jiffy Wash, Bob Alexa, who informed that he does not carry liability insurance. The only reimbursement for the cost of the electrical repair work is not to pay the Jiffy Wash bill. Would not rehire this provider due to lack of liability insurance.
Description of Work: Power washed the exterior of house and patio.

Description of Work: Power washed the house and garage. Did a pretty thorough job, but a) left the back of the garage unwashed until I noticed and asked that it be done, and b) left a bluish/whitish residue on windows and screens.

 + -1 moreTHE FILTH CAKED ON THE SHED WAS HORRIBLE. I DECIDED TO TRY A PRESSURE WASHER AS A LAST RESORT. I'M SO GLAD I DID. THEY GOT ALL THE GRIME OFF RIGHT AWAY. THEIR SERVICES ARE WONDERFUL.
