2) replace cables coming into the meter
3) replace cables exiting the meter into the circuit breaker box in the basement and
4) replace a separate off-peak cable from the meter to the hot water heater in the basement
Contacted Jiffy Wash, Bob Alexa, who informed that he does not carry liability insurance. The only reimbursement for the cost of the electrical repair work is not to pay the Jiffy Wash bill.
Would not rehire this provider due to lack of liability insurance.
