Angel arrived after having a bit of a problem finding us but the GPS sent him a way I wouldn't have - especially during the traffic at that time. He was very personable and informative, speaking with us about the problem and letting us know what he would be doing. We received a price (used the Angie's List coupon) and I thought it was reasonable since we had three different areas of infestation.
The job was done efficiently and I've waited to write a review to see if the pests had returned. We haven't seen anything but a few dead wasps on the deck going into the house. I really didn't want to spray - we have had pests around the house since we have lived there (25 years) but the situation was getting so we couldn't get into the house without running and ducking.
I would definitely use Richland Pest control again if a problem arose.
I had no problem with Sandy - I found her to be efficient on the phone, very knowledgeable and I was happy not to have to wait very long to have someone come out.
The technician, Dylan, was thorough and courteous. Upon arrival, he listened to my concerns and addressed them succinctly and when asked if I had any questions....I did not, since his explanations were so complete.
The office personnel ( Ashley and Michael) were particularly helpful to ensure the services they could provide would be appropriate for my needs as I am allergic to bees and wasps.
I have put on my calendar to contact the Richland firm in April of each ensuing year for this same service.
