PURITAN FURNITURE

Our salesman Pedro Gomes did an excellent job of leading us around the store providing information on the bedroom sets that we were looking at. There was no high pressure and no games with pricing like at some other furniture stores, in fact my girlfriend who prides herself on never making a decision without talking to a LOT of different stores decided that we could go ahead with the order. We placed our original order in July expecting an August delivery. Unfortunately this was not to be as a factory in China had delayed shipment. We decided that the new date of end of October would be OK. Again this was not to be. I called about the delivery and found that the set was now held up until the end of November. As we needed to get the set before the holidays we asked if we could come in and see if there was something else that we liked. Puritan said that would be OK. I went in on Saturday and browsed the store. As we were browsing I saw Pedro and to my surprise he recognized me instantly. I explained that we were interested in looking at alternatives and he said that he would be with us when he finished with his current customer. When that took a little longer than he would have liked, he sent over Joanne to help us. She helped us to select a different set and found it in stock. We could have had delivery as quickly as 3 days from then. I look forward to having the set delivered and finally get our home back together.
