Since then other contractors working on our home have discovered the following:
1) Improper insulation that caused frozen pipes;
2) Improper flashing that failed in less than 10 years;
3) Half Eaten Breakfast and old McDonald's cup (Copyright 1996) in bathroom wall worked on by Liljedahl;
4) Dirty Shorts stuffed in an AC Vent to the Kitchen where Liljedahl installed the new floor and had said they and quot;disconnected and insulatedand quot; the old vent;
5) New wall built by Liljedahl was not to 1996 building code.
