We tried our best to make you happy it took us 45 hours to finish your house in 3 people we went back 6 times to make sure everything was as you wanted. As we initially had met i did explain to you i would go out and buy the products and give you a receipt for you to reimburse us for the products (you can even ask all clients of ours we always get the products and the client reimburses us) , you did agree and said get whatever you may need and i even offered you bi weekly cleaning for 125.00 which was given a discount because your house cleaning would be 185 bi weekly as there is a lot to do and takes about 4 hours to be cleaned in between 2 people on a biweekly basis. As we also spoke i did inform you that some of the stuff was not coming off, we did the best we could gave our all to this cleaning and the dirt that was stuck on like adhesive does not come off unless its replaced on a special very strong product was bought to get every thing out, i did mention that to you and you said don't get the product because we are going to re-do all the bathrooms and both kitchens. I tried multiple times to get everything off i showed you what was impossible to come off. I kept you informed every step of the way. I did my best to meet your expectations but it was impossible to please you and make you happy even by going back and fixing the things you asked me to take another look, and i even went through it again with you and you said thank you and then 2 weeks later you write us a review when i told you if you find any other thing we may have missed give us a call and ill come back again."

"Santoshh Im Am sorry you were not satisfied with our work, we spent 25 hours working on your house , we had to deal with very stuck on dirt and also with the fact that you did not initially want to pay us and you were going to see if we were good first , i did tell you santosh if that is the case i will not start my work in your house and pay my employees to risk the fact you will not pay us for such a big job. You begged me to stay and clean your house, i went out of my way along with my 3 employees to clean your house and meet all your expectations, you then started adding to the cleaning you wanted the furnace room and garage and than a power wash done to the deck and washing the front of the house, covering holes in the interior walls, which is a job that a painter would do all for the initial price i had given you for a deep cleaning of your house with wall washing for 600.00. I than told you if you wanted all that extra jobs done it would be 900.00 plus the products which was 110.00 or i would not even begin and get my equipment and leave, you then agreed and i had a walk through of the entire house along with the responsible friend you left in charge of doing the walk through and paying us. He looked at everything cabinets closets everything was opened and looked at. Your friend called you and told you everything looked excellent , you were happy and you paid us for our job."
