"We spent 8 hours on this job, we had moved things out of the way to dust and vacuum but put them back the same way as client had requested. We do admit to breaking a candle as it fell out from the top of the kitchen cabinet, I did tell the customer I would buy her a new candle, but she insisted it was not a big deal and she did not want us to buy a new one. Before packing up our cleaning supplies, we did a walk through with this client to inspect everything was done the way she requested and put back. The customer indicated that she was overall satisfied and that we had done a great job, I told the client that if anything was forgotten that she could call and we would go back do it for her free of charge but she insisted it was perfect. Her husband who was at home the entire time kept saying that the floor had never looked so clean before and the baseboards were never as white as we were leaving them, he was very satisfied with our work, he even wrote out a check of 50.00 dollars as tip for the handwork we did. I apologized for any inconvenience to this customer, and offered to refund her money and re do the cleaning for her and she specified she didn't want any money back or cleaning re done. We always do our very best to make sure our clients are highly satisfied and we spend hours focusing on our clients cleaning needs, unfortunately not all clients will be satisfied with our handwork and dedication."
