cable tv service
 + -1 moreThe internet repaired itself and I tried to cancel the service appointment online. The website doesn't work for cancellations, there is a button to click but it doesn't work. I ended up just rescheduling for 3 months out rather than get stuck on the phone with them again.
Description of Work: I was having a problem with my internet service. I called them and spent about 30 minutes on the phone only to be told that someone would have to come out. We scheduled service for the 3rd day from the call.
