I chose this contractor due to their rating on the local Angie's List site. I was not disappointed. The response to my inquiry was immediate, an estimate was provided in days, and once I agreed a time frame was provided for the roof replacement. I received notification 72 hours prior to the start of the job and was asked if the working hours were acceptable to me. I agreed to an early start hour as we were in high 80 to low 90 temperatures in the PM. The demolition crew came in first and did an incredible job of keeping the demolition contained. I have found two minimal pieces of the roof from the demolition and I mean minimal. The roof was left water tight the first night with the membranes the demo crew installed. I was advised that day as to the delivery time frame of the shingles. The end result is a wonderful new roof. I would recommend Thor Roofing without hesitation.

He is extremely honest, professional, knowledgeable about all roofing issues, punctual and cleans up all areas before he leaves. He also, goes above and beyond if he discovers other issues while actually doing the job. Whenever you contact him, he is quick to get back to you also. Chris and his crew were top notch, very professional. Work was done in a very timely manner. We've recommended him to our neighbor and a friend.

He was pretty careful. Pretty attentive to things. He said we could always called him back if we needed anything. It was good. I thought the price was fair.

Chris was excellent! I appreciated his honesty about when would need to replace roof (turns out we had construction grade shingles and have 3-5 more years! ) and followed through and fixed all the minor things he noted in a timely fashion.

They are the best contractor that I have hired . I have been doing a lot of work on my home and have dealt with many different kind of contractors and I wish they were all like Chris.

It went very well. Chris checked the gutters, and even cleaned out a couple of areas, even though that was included in the maintenance package.

It went well. It was done when it was scheduled and completed the same day. It took them only 8 hours which was a great surprise as we thought it would take 2 days. Thor Roofing was also the best price out of 3 others. I was very happy with them.

Chris was fantastic. He called me immediately after I called him. I mr. Big deal but figured I'd try him anyway based on the ratings. He was very thorough and came out on a Saturday to do a free estimate even though we were over an hour away. He took his time, took pictures and discussed the items with me before I made the decision. He came back and finish the work in less than 3 hours. Come to find out the old roof never had any type of protection from ice dams. Chris did a great job, was very efficient, and priced well. He was very professional and understanding even though we had to change appointment several times. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He was very trustworthy. I would definitely hire him again when I have to have my roof done.

Although Chris had never worked with metal roofs before he looked at the problem and said he could do the job. He did a great job and his price was very fair. We will definitely call him the next time we have a roofing job.
