The doors were fine. I've a couple of doors from them. They didn't have to come back or anything. The men who installed them did have to come back and redo one of the doors but other than that they were fine. So Lowe's was fine with me. I liked the fact that they did come back when there was a problem, and they fixed it. To me that's very important. A lot of them come and go and you have to chase them. But Lowe's came back without a problem. In fact, the installer had moved out of they area so they had to get another one but they did so in a timely manner and solved it. So I'm quite happy with it.

The Lowe's salesman was very helpful. I believe his name was Jim. I wasn't sure if I should go through the install with one of their contractors but in the end, I did. And it turned out to be a smooth and good experience. I paid for the door and installation cost and within 1 week, I got a call over the weekend from a Lowe's rep that the door had arrived and that the contractor could be at my house to install the following Monday. The contractor was prompt. They told me he'd arrive at my home between 8 and 9, and he arrived at 9. The install was quick and he did a great job. All in all, a very satisfying experience.
