Owner comes out personally and gives you an estimate.  He is very, very nice.  It was a great experience.  He contracts out, and tells you up front.  He was very professional and did a great job! He actually helped me with my vanity and referred me to a company that replicated the piece.

Pedro was awesome, he was very professional, puntual, honest and very willing to go out of his way to ensure that you got the right savings and that the work was done properly. Very personable and was very knowledgeable. He even came in prior to the installation to ensure everything was in place. Terrific service, I highly recommend him.

The job went very well. The sales person was honest and explained our options for the floor, They lent us samples that we previewed in the room. Once we decided on the color and type of cork, it was easy to schedule the job. The installation crew was prompt, neat and did a very professional job of installing the cork floor. It looks great!

Peter Escobar was friendly and responsive. He visited our home immediately, took careful measurements and made valuable suggestions. His quote was very close to another local vendor, but we chose him because he seemed to really want our business and made suggestions to contain costs. We were not disappointed. Everything was delivered and installed on or ahead of schedule. He had excellent crews for both tile and hardwood installation. The whole experience was really a pleasure and we would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to someone else.

THIS BUSINESS WAS A DISGRACE. THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THINGS WERE LEFT UNDONE AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK TO FIX IT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR OVER A MONTH.

THEY GOT THE STAINS OUT LIKE I WANTED. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE, AND THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.
