Payment Terms: Down payment of 50% is due upon acceptance of proposal. Upon completion of the development, the remaining balance on the project is to be paid in full prior to going live. The client is responsible for the purchase of any additional 3rd party software, royalty free stock images, SSL certificates and any additional 3rd party services approved by the Client.
