8am on that morning they called and cancelled on me, they left a message on my voicemail as I was in the shower.
When I called back to reschedule I assumed that since they had cancelled on me last minute that they would be coming out the following day. Since owner never called me back to reschedule, I called them and was spoken to rudely.
The receptionist actually had the audacity to say to me " we can't just come out to your house tomorrow, we have a schedule to adhere to "..... I said yes, and I was on that schedule and you cancelled on me last minute. The receptionist (who has always been rather short with me on the phone) said "Hold" and slammed my call on hold. After holding for several minutes I finally just hung up.
JB Appliance has cancelled on me before which is unprofessional and clearly they don't respect my schedule or the fact that I had already taken the day off and moved all my appointments so I could be home to wait for them.
As mentioned they have done this to me before , they have also charged me multiple times for the same repair on my Sub-Zero wine fridge that broke numerous times.......I probably could have purchased a new one for all the money I paid them in service calls even though they said they called Sub-Zero.
