Carroll's Handy Services technicians stayed in contact/confirmed scheduled appointment/called ahead, arrived on time, and did what was promised in a reasonable amount of time and at a competitive price point (professional HVAC duct and trunk cleaning and sanitizing). The following day I noticed marked improvement in air quality in my apartment. Would hire again.

Good except didnt change the filter though I left a new one. Not a problem i changed it that night. Also left bag of rags out on front of our garage which I later removed. Not a game breaker but does make me wonder if there are other things I will find. But on a happier note i was generally very satisfied.

The appointment was confirmed the day prior and a call was made to let me know they were 20 min away. Very pleasant from the moment they arrived and worked efficiently and thoroughly. The estimate sent prior to was accurate to the penny…. And the cost was better than any other estimate we received. They will be our service company moving forward.

Dan (Carroll's Handy Service) does a meticulous and complete job cleaning/sanitizing HVAC Air Ducts and Dryer Vent. Explains the entire job/problems and takes his time, not rushed. Very easy to communicate from start to finish. I had this done before by another vendor- absolutely no comparison to Dan's thoroughness, knowledge, and equipment. Very fair pricing too. Highly recommend!
