appliance repair
+ -1 moreOn friday afternoon our ice maker started to make a horrndous noise every hour. This continued even after we turned the unit off. In the morning i started to call around to get someone to fix it. I tried several places, many of which did not service LG appliances. I left a message at Ted's appliance and about 45 min later (it was saturday) I received a call back that they could be there between 3:30 nand 5pm. They came at 4:45pm and had the unit removed in 10 minutes. We had decided not to bother fixing the unit. I feel that the charge of 90.00 was fair considering it was a saturday and late in the day. They were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing.
