Very fast response and was able to do the work over a weekend in very cold conditions! I appreciated that they wanted to do the project correctly (I didn't let on that I am an architect). His work was at a high standard. I would have no hesitation in using KM Roofing on any roofing project.

The contractor showed up earlier than he specified, which was a plus for me. Very professional and courteous. Explained everything and took pictures with phone so we could see. I would definitely recommend KM Roofing if you are looking for someone to do a professional job at a reasonable price.

Amazing response time. I submitted request at 4am looking at water dripping through fan/light fixtures during heavy rain storm. They contacted me around 6:30am, came to look at it after rain stopped, and came back Sunday morning to do repair. Problem solved over weekend. Very reasonable . Would definitely recommend! They also scrapped all the moss of the roof!

Jaison contacted me immediately after I posted on Home Advisor to see if I wanted a quote. I wanted a quote and he gave me a time when he could come and quoted the job. Every time he gave me a schedule he kept it and he continually communicated with me on what the next steps were. He did a wonderful job - was respectful of our property - and cleaned up after he was finished. Just wonderful and no complaints at all.
